Team Penning
Team penning is an event that everyone can enjoy. A herd of cattle is kept at the far end of the arena. Three people on horseback cross the "timeline" and attempt to separate their assigned 3 cattle from the rest of the herd. They then herd the three cattle into the pen.
Team penning will begin at 11:00 am,
registration runs from 9:30-10:30 am.
Open Class $15 per Rider/Ride (18 Years & Over)
Youth Class: $5 per Rider/Ride (Under 18 Years of Age)
Submit one card for your ride with three names on it – can only ride once with same team.
Please DO NOT SUBMIT duplicate cards!!!
All money will be collected at the end of the penning!!!!
Winners of the Youth Class and the top three teams from the Open Class
will ride during the Saturday rodeo performance.
Report to the registration office as soon as team penning is done before you leave!!!
