Congratulations to 2011 Great Lakes Rodeo Queen Brooke Granquist, Princess Emily Bertucci,and Lil' Miss Gracie Dale.
The Great Lakes Rodeo Queen and Court competition consists of a horsemanskill competition, rodeo knowledge quiz, public relations, barn management, appearance and personality. The Lil' Miss contestants also create their own stick pony.
The reigning queen and court will make various appearances around the Upper Peninsula; UP Pro Rodeo in Iron River, UP Equifest in Escanaba, 4th of July parade in Marquette, Marquette County Fair, Sands Township, Carney Roundup Rodeo in Carney.
