Rodeo Information

_Admission:
Adults (13 and over)....... $12 at the gate, $10 in advance
Children (6-12 years)...... $6 at the gate, $5 in advance


If you would like to purchase a ticket that would cover the events for the entire weekend: adults $20, children $10. These tickets can be purchased in advance or at the gate.

If you are interested in purchasing a rodeo ticket in advance, tickets are available from:

Lake Superior Partnership in Marquette
Ishpeming-Negaunee Chamber, located in Jubilee parking lot.

AM Express, Escanaba
Your favorite Rodeo Royalty contestant (see contestants pages for a listing)


Camping:
Camping is available for campers or tents. Water and electrical  hookup
(110 amp only) are available for the weekend for an additional fee. There is no sewer available. Fill out and return the camping form to reserve a spot. For more information or any questions, e-mail greatlakesrodeocamping@yahoo.com

Stalls:
Stalls are available for those who wish to bring their horses, either for competition or just to ride the trails that are available. You are responsible for your own bedding and cleaning the stall out when you are done with it. $15 for the weekend. Please return the stall reservation form for a stall. (Stall reservation form is part of the camping form)

Directions:
    Two miles south of County road 480 on M-553 in Sands Twp., MI


East: If you are coming from the Munising area; Come into the Marquette area on M-28. M-28 will merge with US 41 in Harvey. Here you will turn right and head north. You will come to a round-a-bout, where you will continue on M-28/US41 by heading to the west, left. At the second stoplight, turn south, this is County Road 553. Continue on 553 past Marquette Mountain and go straigh through the intersection with County Road 480 (CrossRoads). The fairgrounds are approximately 2 miles past the intersection.
South: If you are coming from the Escanaba area; Head north on M-35, in Gwinn, turn north on County Road 553. This will take you directly to the fairgrounds, which will be on the left (west) side of the road.
West: (from the Negaunee, Ishpeming areas) Take Us-41 into Marquette until the intersection with County Road 553, turn south (right). Continue down 553, past Marquette Mountain. Continue straight through the intersection with 480 (Crossroads). In approximately 2 miles you will reach the rodeo grounds on the east (right) side of the road.
